Orbit Micro RMA Policy Please Read this First
Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to Orbit Micro. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for Orbit Micro to process your RMA. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at Orbit Micro's discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item. All items sold through Orbit Micro are subject to our Policy and Agreement. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.

All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void the Orbit Micro Return Policy. Products that are returned to Orbit Micro with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you. All returns showing signs of modification do not have the option for credit or refund.

RMA Options
You may only select one type of RMA (ie. refund or replacement) per RMA request. If you have one product you wish to return for a refund and another product from the same order that you wish to return for a replacement, you will need to submit two separate RMA requests.

  • Replace
    If you have a product that is defectve, we will replace it with the exact item. If that item is not available we will find another item of equal or lesser value and specification. The replacment will be sent once we receive the defective item from you. Please note that all packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and/or documentation must be included in the original packaging, as provided by the manufacturer, for your return to be processed.
  • Advance Replacement
    We will send you a replacment product before you send back the defective product. We will charge you for the replacment item and once we receive the defective product we will issue a credit for the original order.
  • Exchange
    We will exchange the item you have, working or defective, with another item of your choice. If the new item's value is less than the original item, a store credit will be issued. If the new item's value is more than the original item, we will charge the difference to your account.
  • Store Credit
    A store credit will be issued against your account, to be used for purchases later.
  • Refund
    A refund will be issued to your credit card, or a check will be sent to you for the refund amount. All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

RMA Reasons
You may only select one RMA Reason (ie. DOA) per RMA request. If you have multiple products with different RMA reasons, you will need to submit two separate RMA requests.
